Do you service commercial accounts on contract?

Yes. We do scheduled preventive maintenance for property management groups, self-storage facility owners, and multi-location commercial accounts across the AV and Greater LA. Standard PM contracts are quarterly or semi-annual. Call (661) 609-9940 and ask for Cassidy directly to scope a contract.

Can you handle fire-rated commercial doors?

Yes. We install and service fire-rated rolling doors (C.H.I. 7000 Guardian, Cookson, McKeon) including drop-test certification and labeling. Fire-rated doors are inspected annually by AHJ in most California jurisdictions — we can schedule those inspections.

What's your turnaround on emergency commercial calls?

Same-day in the Antelope Valley. Same-day in SCV / SFV / Greater LA when our schedule allows; otherwise next business day. We carry parts for most C.H.I., Clopay Commercial, Wayne Dalton, and Janus self-storage doors on the truck. Porvene parts usually need a Moreno Valley pull (24-48 hr lead time).

Are you OK working off-hours for retail tenant install?

Yes — we routinely do nights/weekends for retail interior installs (counter shutters in mall environments, fire-rated doors in restaurants, etc.) when the tenant can't be down during business hours. Quoted at standard rate plus an off-hours scheduling fee — we'll line it out on the estimate.
